The City of Emeryville is updating and implementing the 2010 Parking Management Plan which focused on the North Hollis Area. A Measure B grant was awarded by Alameda Transportation Commission for this area’s parking pricing and Transportation Demand Management. The updated plan considered places to install new variable pricing, multi-space parking meters, as well as new neighborhoods where residential and business permits may be required. To update and expand the Parking Management Plan, the City collected data and consulted parking experts who have worked with many Bay Area cities to resolve parking concerns, and to implement paid parking in Emeryville we also want to hear from you. The feedback and ideas of residents, business owners, and employees in the community will be crucial to finding successful parking solutions.
