About the Emeryville Parking Management Implementation Plan

The City of Emeryville is updating and implementing the 2010 Parking Management Plan. This updated plan will consider places to install new variable pricing, multi-space parking meters, as well as new neighborhoods where residential and business permits may be required. The Plan will cover the majority of the city, excluding the Bay Street shopping area. To update and expand the Parking Management Plan, the City will collect data and consult parking experts who have worked with many Bay Area cities to resolve parking concerns, and we also want to hear from you.  The feedback and ideas of residents, business owners, and employees in the community will be crucial to finding successful parking solutions. If you are interested in the Parking Management Plan, this website is a place for you to get more information about the project, get involved, and follow along as the Plan evolves and new parking regulations are put in place.
